Pending Balance is the value of future bookings. Account Balance is the current status, it is the total of all credits (payments, cancellations or wet weather), minus the total for all bookings due. Balances will change as you make bookings and as bookings become due (at the beginning of the refund deadline hour, 18 hours prior to bookings). If you have paid for all bookings made, Account Balance will equal Pending Balance.
Our aim is to minimise fees, we have kept members rates at $6 for several years. Savings from the automated system are being given back to members by way of reduced court fees. It takes time to check accounts for members, so we ask that you do this yourself if possible.
To notify us of the problem or for help to identify it, send details to the treasurer. We will try to solve it and reply. Please use an email account that you monitor regularly (tell us if it is different to that recorded in your details and if you want your details changed).
